This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to direct the respondents to execute the Non Bailable Warrant pending against P.M.P.G.Selvam @ Mohammed Syed in C.C.No.262 of 2009 (Crime No.1 of 2006) on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri.

ORDER

1. The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondents to execute the Non Bailable Warrant pending against P.M.P.G.Selvam @ Mohammed Syed in C.C.No.262 of 2009 (Crime No.1 of 2006) on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appearing for the respondents contended that the said accused is living abroad and that a Non-Bailable Warrant was already issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to execute the Non Bailable Warrant as early as possible since the C.C.No.262 of 2009 (Crime No.1 of 2006) on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri is pending for a longtime.

3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
