ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 09.07.2018, this Court passed the following order:

"The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time, hence the matter stands adjourned. The Trial Court is directed to proceed with the case in accordance with law without waiting for the order in the present Revision Petition."

2.Today (i.e on 27.01.2021), when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner which shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the case. Hence, the Trial Court is directed to proceed with the order of this Court dated 09.07.2018.

3.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
