Petition, the parties have entered into a settlement dated 24.01.2018 under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and a copy of the same has been produced, which has been placed on record. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for consideration in the matter.

In the result, the writ petition stands disposed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
