This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is an habitual offender and very recently he has been involved in a Crime and a case in Cr.No.164 of 2022, was registered by the second respondent.

3. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.

4. In view of above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
