Crl.O.P.No.6432 of 2024 Crl.O.P.No.6432 of 2024 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.148 of 2024 registered by the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(1) of IPC.

2. It is stated that the defacto complainant was earlier in relationship with the petitioner herein and later had broken away. Subsequently, marriage was fixed for the defacto complainant. This petitioner had sent photographs to the family of the bride and thereby the marriage was also stopped.

3. Taking all those factors into consideration, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
