This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.05.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.05.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R. No.126 of 2016 and the same was closed on the statement given by both the parties that they will abide by the decision of the Civil Court. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
