Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records pertaining to order bearing No. 816/TOK/A2/2024 dated 07.03.2024 issued by the 3rd Respondent and quash the same and direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to issue Nativity certificate in favour of the petitioner.

The writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent/ Deputy Tahsildar-Cum-Executive Magistrate, Taluk Office, Karaikal, dated 07.03.2024 and direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to issue nativity certificate in favour of the petitioner. 2/5

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the nativity certificate has already been issued in favour of the petitioner, thus, no further adjudication is required.
