No. E/1/ 01919/ 2018 dated 21.02.2018 to quash the same and consequently direct respondents 1 and 2 for granting permission / Certificate of vending and till such time not to disturb with the running of the petitioners Bunk Shop just opposite to Bharat Petrol Bunk Teynampet Chennai-18 as per the Provision of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood Regulation) Act 2014 wherein selling tea,coffee and Food Items.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL,J.) The Learned Counsel for the Appellant has made an endorsement in the present Writ Petition to the effect that the Appellant may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Appeal, with liberty to file a Review.

2.Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the present Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Further it is made clear that the dismissal of the present Writ Appeal will not preclude the Appellant to seek appropriate remedy before the Learned Single Judge, of course, in the manner know to Law and in accordance with Law, if he so desires/advised. No costs.
