I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.7420 of 2023 and the delay of 1164 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st petitioner namely, N.Durairaj in C.R.P.No.2626 of 2012, is condoned and C.M.P.No.7420 of 2023 is accordingly ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.7420 of 2023, C.M.P.Nos.7505 & 7509 of 2023 are also ordered.

2. Office is directed to carry out the amendment and list the CRP for hearing on 11.07.2023.
