ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent Police to investigate and register FIR in connection with the complaint in C.No.17586/COP/Visitors/2013 dated 30.10.2013 on the file of the second respondent and retrieve the petitioners property, the petitioners have come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner dated 30.10.2013 was enquired and closed by the respondent Police and also submitted a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
4.In view of the above, no positive direction can be issued to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
