I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.7478 of 2023 and the delay of 1294 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd petitioner namely, N.Selvaraj in C.R.P.No.2626 of 2012, is condoned and C.M.P.No.7478 of 2023 is accordingly ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.7478 of 2023, C.M.P.Nos.7485 & 7480 of 2023 are also ordered.

2. Office is directed to carry out the amendment and list the CRP for hearing on 17.07.2023.
