ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.10.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 302 r/w 32 of I.P.C in Crime No.497 of 2020, seek bail

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity the petitioner assaulted the deceased with knife and caused injuries all over his body, due to which the deceased succumbed to the injuries on the spot itself. Hence, a law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application by stating that the petitioners are habitual offenders and there are 14 previous cases pending against the first petitioner and 20 previous pending case against the second petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and there are 14 previous cases pending against the first petitioner and 20 previous pending case against the second petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
