This Criminal Original petition has been filed praying to quash the proceedings in crime No.51 of 2022 for the alleged offences under Section 7, 8, 11(14), 12, 16, 17 and 506(1) of the Protection of Children from Sexual offences Act, 2012 on the file of Special Court of Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Perambalur. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and an endorsement has also been made to that effect.
