The relief sought for in this writ petition is to forbear the respondents, their men/servants/agents from constructing the integrated male sanitary complex at Kumudepalli Village in the petition schedule property in Survey No.78/2 situated in Kumudepalli Village & Post, Thorappali Agraharam Panchayat, Hosur Taluk Krishnagiri District without following due process of law.

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the project of constructing the integrated male sanitary complex at Kumudepalli Village in the petition schedule property itself has been dropped and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
