O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass and insult the petitioner and pass consequential orders.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the brother of the petitioner is an accused in a murder case. He would further submit that in order to enquire about the whereabouts of petitioner's brother, the respondents have summoned him, other than that the respondents are not harassing the petitioner.

3.It is made clear, since the petitioner is not an accused in this case, the respondent shall not unnecessarily harass him under the guise of enquiry.
