Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2015 and appoint a neutral person every year for the conduct of the election to any post in the fourth respondent-Association.

O R D E R
The present writ petition is filed pertaining to the issue relating to the Election.
2. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 18.09.2015 and appoint a neutral person every year for the conduct of the election to any post in the fourth respondent-Association.
3. On account of efflux of time, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition deserves no merit consideration. However, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the Competent Authorities, if any grievance exists as of now.

With the abovesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
