The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the III Additional District Court at Tirupattur, Vellore, to dispose O.S.No.22 of 2015 within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. For Petitioner :

The revision petitioner herein seeks a direction of this Court for an expeditious disposal of the suit for specific https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

performance laid by him in O.S.No.22 of 2015. 2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the trial of the case has commenced and P.W.1 has been cross-examined for considerable number of days. 3.This Court notices that the suit has entered the 7th year of its institution and necessarily, the anxiety of the plaintiff to have the disposal of the suit is appreciated. 4.The III Additional District Court, Tirupattur, Vellore, is now directed to dispose of O.S.No.22 of 2015 within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, at any rate, on or before 30.09.2022.

5.In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
