C.M.P.Nos.7356 , 7361 & 7347 of 2023 in C.R.P.No.2627 of 2012 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN,J.

I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.7356 of 2023 and the delay of 1298 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole petitioner namely, N.Selvaraj in C.R.P.No.2627 of 2012, is condoned and C.M.P.No.7356 of 2023 is accordingly ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.7356 of 2023, C.M.P.Nos.7361 & 7347 of 2023 are also ordered.

2. Office is directed to carry out the amendment and list the CRP for hearing on 17.07.2023.
