ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 & 471 of IPC, in Crime No.237 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that V.K.Saravanan availed housing loan for purchase of house property to the tune of Rs.7,92,000/- by submitting the fabricated documents with intention to defraud the bank and deceived public money. Further, the petitioners along with V.K.Saravanan had cheated the bank. Hence, the bank officials has given a complaint before the respondent police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the names of the petitioners were not found in the FIR. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that it is a case of cheating. He would further submit that the petitioners along with V.K.Saravanan had cheated the bank to the tune of Rs.7,92,000/-and the custodial interrogation is very much required. He further submits that the investigation is still pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. .Considering the fact that the petitioners have involved in very serious offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
