ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 and their subordinate effecting Electricity Service Connection either in the name of 3rd Respondent or his Nominees, Agents, etc. in respect of the property comprised in S.No. 193/2, situated in Gandhi Street, Chikkarayapuram Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk and in case it was already effected that to withdraw the electricity service connection.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the electricity service connection was obtained contrary to the supply Board. Electricity connection was granted in favour of the 3rd respondent in an illegal manner. Thus, the writ petition is to be considered.
3. The learned standing counsel for the Electricity Board would 2/4
oppose the contention of the learned petitioner counsel by stating that the electricity service connection was already provided in the premises of the petitioner based on the decree passed by the Civil Court.
4. Since, the grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed, no further adjudication is required and the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 24.01.2024 Index : Yes Speaking Order (sha) To
