ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 8(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29884 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation has been completed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition 8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29884 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police twice a month i.e., on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders .
