The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct joint enquiry in the compliant of the petitioner, dated 09.10.2015 along with the enquiry to be held in proceeding No.8562/A1/2015, dated 29.09.2015 by the second respondent after affording opportunity to the parties concerned.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made complaint before the first respondent seeking to cancel the settlement deed bearing Document No.10180/2014 dated 19.09.2014 and since the same was not yet considered, has filed this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the petitioner has filed a suit for declaration in O.S.No.124 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ponneri, to declare the document as null and void and further submitted that this Court may dispose of this writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to canvass all the points before the District Munsif Court, Ponneri, in O.S.No.124 of 2018. 2/4

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to canvass all the points before the District Munsif Court, Ponneri, in O.S.No.124 of 2018.
