ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to take immediate action for removal of encroachment in the Wakf property comprised in S.No. S.No.133/1, Sankagiri, Aavaniperur East Revenue Village, Edapadi Taluk, Salem District forming part of Patta No.570, by passing final orders in the proceedings in RC No. 13962/ 19/ C2 / Slm under Section 54 of the Unified Wakf Management, Empowerment, Efficiency and Development act 1995 in accordance with law as sought vide representation lastly dated 14.1.26.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse orders is passed against the respondents, notice to them is dispensed with.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2026 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
