COMMON ORDER When the matters were taken up for hearing, on instructions from the respondent police, Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation in the case in Crime No.1 of 2011 on the file of the 1st respondent police was completed and the case was closed as "mistake of fact" as early as on 24.06.2012 on account of the compromise arrived at between the de facto complainant and the accused. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, a closure report in this regard has also been filed before the jurisdictional court.

2. Recording the same, both the criminal original petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected MPs are closed.
