When the matter was earlier listed on 09.11.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the matter to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Despite the Writ Petition being listed today under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
