This petition has been filed for directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary Police protection to remove the encroachment made by the third respondent on the petitioner's property on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first and second respondents police submits that on the representation given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.478 of 2024 dated 19.07.2024 and the same was closed.
