Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Notice issued under Miscellaneous Application No.32/2022/A1 dated 31.01.2022, under Section 78 of Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowments Act by the 1st Respondent, and quash the same and further direct Respondents not to evict the petitioner from the agricultural land admeasuring about 5.43 Acres comprised in S.F.Nos.572/2, 580/2, 581/2C and 582/2D of Thennamanallur Village, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore District without following due process of law as contemplated under provisions of HR&CE Act.
