This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2018 and to give police protection and permission to conduct temple festival with cultural programs at Arulmigu Sri Mahamariamman Thiru Koil at Ennamangalam Village, Ramagoundan Kottai, Andiyur, Erode District scheduled to be held on 05.04.2018.

2. The petitioner had given a representation dated 02.04.2018 to the respondent police for conducting cultural activities in the local temple. It is for the Police to take a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

decision depending upon the law and order situation and this Court cannot give a direction to the police as prayed for by the petitioner. Hence, this petition is closed.
