This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.92 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Today, Mr.V.S.Sivavadivel, Inspector of Police, Vettaikaraniruppu Police Station, Nagapattinam is present.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the respondent police submitted that, investigation has been completed in crime No.92 of 2014 and Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedaranyam on 27.07.2015.

5. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

his remedy in the manner known to law. The learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Vedaranyam is directed to pass appropriate orders on the Final Report filed by the respondent police expeditiously.
