O R D E R

One priyanka committed suicide by hanging on 12.03.2018, pursuant to which, on the complaint lodged by her father Subramani, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.153 of 2018 on 12.03.2018 under Section 174 Cr.P.C. Not satisfied with the investigation, Subramani is before this Court with the above prayer.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.

3.Mr.Prabakar submitted that the parents of one Praveen threatened Priyanka that she should not get married to Praveen. Unable to withstand the torture, Priyanka committed suicide. 4.Per contra, learned Government Advocate submitted the Viscera Report itself has not yet received as of now. 5.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tiruchengode Sub Division to monitor the investigation that is being conducted by the 4th respondent in Komarapalayam Police Station Crime No.153 of 2018 and complete the same expeditiously and either file a Closure Report or a Charge Sheet as the case may be under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
