The learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that as per the warrant issued by this Court on 24.01.2022, she executed the warrant by effecting paper publication inviting offers from the interested purchasers to purchase the petition schedule property and she has not received any offers.

2. It is seen from the earlier proceedings that this court earlier also issued warrant on 23.03.2018 to the Advocate Commissioner for selling the petition schedule property and the same was failed.

3. As nobody is interested in purchasing this property, this original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition, if there is an interested party to purchase the property.
