This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 08.06.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.7364 of 2016.

2.Today, when the matter was called, Mr.P.Sundaresan, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Villupuram is present.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the order dated 08.06.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7364 of 2016 has been complied with and the complaint dated 09.03.2016 given by the petitioner (as per the direction of this Court dated 08.06.2016) was enquired into and the same has been closed as purely civil in nature on 23.09.2016 and the closure report has been served on S.Sekar, the husband of the petitioner on 23.09.2016.

5.The copy of the closure report has been produced before this Court. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
