This Civil Revision petition has been filed against the Order passed by the Scheme Judge, [Principal Sub Court], Mayiladuthurai, made in O.S.No.234 of 1994 as amended in O.S.No.17 of 1960 and O.S.No.68 of 1948 appointing first respondent as a member of the society.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that as the tenure of the respondent is already over, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.

3. In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected application is closed.
