Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to settle the Medical Reimbursement Claim of the petitioner dated 01.03.20213, on the basis of attested copies of bills submitted by the petitioner on 23.10.2017, and disburse the amount of Rs.4,52,432/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Fifty two Thousand four hundred and thirty two only) with 6% interest per annum within a limited time frame.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) A copy of G.O.(D) No.661, Home (Courts-I) Department, dated June 26, 2021 has been made over to the Court by advocate representing the State.

2. It is evident from such order that a sum of Rs.4,52,432/- towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by the petitioner for her husband's treatment at TCR Multispeciality Hospital, Krishnagiri, has been sanctioned.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing remains of the petition. It is hoped that the actual reimbursement is made to the petitioner within four weeks from date.

W.P.No.10167 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
