This Second appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree of the Subordinate Judge, Ariyalur dated 19.02.2008 in A.S.No.98 of 1998, partly reversing the judgment and decree of the learned Additional District Munsif, Ariyalur dated 20.07.1998 in O.S.No.446 of 1994.

JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the second appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
