ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions from Mrs.R.Ruby, Woman Police Constable (WHC 1907), who has been present in court, the respondent police, Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in the case in Crime No.304 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police was completed and the case was closed as "further action dropped". He further submitted that a closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thirupathur, Vellore District as early as on 26.03.2014.
