(The case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has addressed a letter to the Registry of this Court dated 02.06.2021, requesting for listing this application for the purpose of withdrawal and in the same

letter, she has sought for liberty to file a fresh application.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that she is seeking liberty to file fresh application on the ground that the description of the property has not been mentioned in the judges summon in A.No.1528 of 2021. The letter dated 02.06.2021 sent by the applicant's counsel to the Registry referred to supra as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is recorded by this Court.

3. After recording the said submission, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file an application if so advised for the same relief by giving the correct schedule for the property.
