ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17392 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.21406 of 2024, dated 24.10.2025.

2. The petitioner herein arrayed as A5 in Crime No.1 of 2025 on the file of the CBCID, Thiruvallur Police Station was granted bail on 22.08.2025 on condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The said order was later modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the final report has been filed on 11.06.2026 through e-filing. 4.Recording the said statement, this petition filed for relaxation is allowed.
