The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus, forbearing the 1st respondent from in any manner granting renewal, extension or issuance of any fresh license for aviation to the 2nd respondent until discharge of the dues of the writ petitioner by the 2nd respondent.

2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
