ORDER

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writs of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 15.02.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given the representation as early as on 15.02.2017 for fixing the boundaries, however, the respondent has not passed any order so far. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner has already paid the necessary fees for fixing the boundaries.

4. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2017, in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2017 for fixing the boundaries in respect of the land mentioned in the representation and pass

orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
