When the writ Petition was listed for hearing on 11.08.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and once again, the Registry is directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 13.08.2018. In order to give one more opportunity, again the matter was listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 23.08.2018. 2.In the light of the fact that there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, it is evident that the petitioner is not willing to get along with the matter and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
