The petitioner has sought for transfer of the investigation on the main ground that there is no much progress in the investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation is almost completed. In view of the same, the petitioner may not be aggrieved, if a time limit is fixed for the purpose of filing a final report.
