ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This contempt petition is filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 03 March, 2014 rendered by this Court in W.P. No. 19705 of 2015.

2. On 03 March, 2015, this Court, while disposing of the writ petition, has passed the following order:- " In view of the same, we do not propose to go into the issues raised by the learned counsels appearing for the parties. Inasmuch as the Corporation of Chennai is proposing to take action under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, the said authority is directed to issue notice to all the interest parties including the petitioner as well as the third respondent in WP No. 26323 of 2011, afford an opportunity of personal hearing and thereafter, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. The said exercise will have to be done by the Corporation of Chennai within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Pursuant thereto, in the affidavit filed by the Deputy Commissioner, Corporation of Chennai (Central), it is stated that after affording an opportunity of hearing, an order was passed on 13.03.2015. There against, an application has been filed under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 before the State Government.

In view of the forgoing as the directions issued by this Court has been complied with, this contempt petition is closed.
