ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner had obtained a Foreign Medical Degree. She has to obtain eligibility certificate from the first respondent. The examinations in this

regard is scheduled to be held in the first week of June, 2026. Since the petitioner has not been issued with the hall ticket, this writ petition came to be filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the order dated 15.11.2024 passed in W.M.P. No.33938 of 2024 in W.P. No.31291 of 2024. It is seen that the facts involved in the said case are similar to those in the present case. The said order reads as follows: "2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent concerned is directed to issue admit card and permit the petitioner to appear for the Foreign medical Graduate Examination. It is also made clear that the publication of the FMGE result shall be subject to the outcome of the writ petition"

4. The present writ miscellaneous petition is also disposed of on the same lines.
