2. It is brought to our notice by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the order passed in the Writ Appeal has been complied except making payment of cost imposed therein.

3. In view of the above submission, we are of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt petition and it can be closed waiving the cost imposed in the Writ Appeal. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
