2. Today, when the Criminal Revision case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners filed an affidavit of undertaking dated 09.10.2015 duly signed by him and by the fifth petitioner on his behalf and on behalf of other petitioners stating that they will not conduct any festival in the village without obtaining permission from the authorities and they will not create any law and order problem in the village till the fresh order is passed by the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that pursuant to the impugned order, the named "A" party and "B" party appeared before the authority and executed a bond as directed by the authority and hence, nothing survives in this Criminal Revision case.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) and recording the affidavit of undertaking filed by the petitioners, the Criminal Revision case is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.

5. Since it is brought to the notice of this Court that no time limit is fixed by the authority, both the parties are directed not to conduct any festival without the permission of the authority and they are at liberty to approach the authority seeking permission whenever they required and on such request being made, the authority concerned shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
