ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged noncompliance of the order of this Court dated 28.06.2016 passed in W.P.No.22128 of 2016.

2.When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the respondents paid a sum of Rs.9,98,000/- towards retirement benefits to the petitioner and hence, the order of this Court has been complied with.

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition stands closed.
