The present petition has been filed for forbearing the respondents from acquiring the subject property and from evicting the petitioner from the said property.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents fairly concedes that the petitioner's possession of the said property will not be disturbed without following due process of law.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
