This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1 of 2010 on the file of the Inspector of Police, CCIW CID, Villupuram, Villupuram District.

Government Advocate submits that already the matter was investigated and charge sheet was filed by the respondent police and the same was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tindivanam, as C.C.Nos.754, 760 and 753 of 2010. Challenging the same, the petitioner had filed petitions in Crl.MP.Nos.2772, 2773 and 2774 of 2010 and the same were dismissed. Against which, the petitioner herein filed Criminal Revision Case Nos.936 to 938 of 2011. By an order dated 09.08.2011, this Court set aside the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tindivanam and quashed the proceedings against the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
