CRIME NO.86 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders till the filing of the Chargesheet in Crl.M.P.No. 8673/2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 12021/2021 dated 07.09.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THULASI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 8673 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12021 of 2021 dated 07.09.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and the condition imposed while modifying the Bail condition in Crl.M.P. No. 8673 of 2021is relaxed in toto.
